Spacious living areas flow from the well equipped kitchen/walk in pantry to open plan dining and the lounge. Located in town, it is a 5 minute walk to Fairlie town centre with its cafes, shopping area and the world famous ‘pie shop'. A golf course, river walk & children’s playground are close by.
