Modern studio unit with own access and private deck area. One queen bed. Microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice garden outlook and off street parking. Great location handy to Mandeville shopping complex, Mandeville sports complex and Ohoka market. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood approx 11 kms from SH1 and 26 kms from Chch airport. Easy commute to Chch city, Rangiora or Kaiapoi.
