Our Waikanae holiday house is a beauty! Located in the desirable Olde Beach area on a quiet street, it is just a couple of minutes walk to the safe beach, cafes, bakery and two dairies. The house is spacious and relaxing with two large living areas on the ground floor. We have an open plan kitchen area with a dining table at the kitchen end and comfortable sofas at the other end overlooking the back lawns and tennis court. There is a heatpump & a stereo with bluetooth connectivity here. The grounds are fantastic with lawns and a tennis court out the back. There is excellent indoor-outdoor flow from the kitchen through double doors to the deck and tennis court. We have new outdoor furniture on the back deck. There is also an outdoor table and directors chairs for summer BBQ dinners. The separate but adjoining lounge offers another relaxing seating area with sofas and armchairs, a firebox and the TV. The TV has a chrome-cast device. We have unlimited ultimate Fibre WIFI. The house has three bedrooms, one full bathroom with a loo, vanity and shower, and two separate WCs (one upstairs). Bedroom 1 downstairs: 1X Queen bed Bedroom 2 upstairs: 1X Queen, 1 X single bed Bedroom 3 upstairs: 1X double, 2X single beds. We provide comfortable pillows, mattress protectors and duvets in duvet covers for each bed. All bedrooms have a fan for hot summer nights and a heater for winter. Renters must bring their own sheets, pillow cases, bath towels & beach towels. There is a laundry with a washing machine. Special conditions:  Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours.  We would love to share our family holiday home with you & know you would adore your time at Olde Beach Bliss.
