Seabreeze is a sunny and spacious 5 bedroom Lockwood 2 storey house adjacent to the big Longshore beach house and the Tennis Pavilion (a studio bach). It's just one house back from Waikanae Beach, with beach access via a private walkway. The three properties share an all-weather (artificial grass) tennis court, a large, heated swimming pool (heated from mid September to end of April) and a big Springfree trampoline. Seabreeze is comfortable and very well maintained, with top quality beds. The living/dining/kitchen area is on the first floor. It's open-plan, with a huge solid dining table for 12, heatpump and woodburner, access to a first floor deck and stairs down to the pool area. There's great sun and views all around, and a 55" smart TV, DVD, unlimited WiFi and stereo. There's a new, well equipped kitchen with stainless steel benches, double fridges, 5 burner gas stove, large oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of crockery etc. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a superking bed that can be split into two long single beds. Downstairs are three bedrooms: BR3 has a splittable superking bed which can be split into two long single beds, BR4 has a heatpump, wardrobe and a splittable superking bed, BR5 is a large room with a heatpump, large wardrobe and two splittable superking beds (each can be split into two long singles). BR5 has a ranchslider directly onto the back patio. Pillows and feather and down duvets are supplied; bedlinen and bathtowels are optional. There are two new bathrooms on the ground floor and one bathroom on the first floor, plus a hot and cold outdoor shower. There's continuous mains pressure hot water. There's a separate laundry with clothes-washer, dryer and supertub. The backyard features a shared and fully fenced swimming pool, heated mid September to end of April each year. Seabreeze guests also have a separate area with 7 seat spa pool, sunloungers on extensive decking and a large outdoor dining table. There's plenty of parking in the front yard and a bus stop across the road. Waikanae beach is the best on the Kapiti Coast, north-west facing and sheltered by Kapiti Island. Special conditions: Maximum overnight occupancy 12 (plus infants/babies). Base price is for 6 people and a charge of $50 per extra person per night is payable. Cleaning charge of $150 per stay applies. Refundable bond usually required. Smoking outside only. No dogs. Tennis court, swimming pool and trampoline shared between 3 properties. Swimming pool heated mid Sept to 30 April, exclusive to Seabreeze after 6pm. Spa pool exclusive to Seabreeze at all times. Minimum hire period may be negotiable - please enquire.
