Comfortable, modern, spacious beach house right on the water front with views to Kapiti Island. Superior, brand new comfortable beds and bedding (duvets & pillows). Direct pathway down to beach, only a few meters from the surf. Easy walking distance to village cafes, tennis courts, boat ramp and golf club. Excellent fishing around Kapiti Island. 40mins drive from Wellington, just over an hour from Palmerston North.

Nice and comfortable, and a lovely place to relax. Expansive views out to Kapiti and beyond, with easy access to the beach. It had everything we needed, and communication with Nellie was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful comfortable house in a gorgeous location with wonderful sea views from most rooms. Kitchen superior to any bach I've ever stayed in. We all loved staying there. Thank you Nellie :) Ps If you like a sauna the Kapiti sauna project is just a few minutes along the beach but you have to book!
