Comfortable, modern, spacious beach house right on the water front with views to Kapiti Island. Superior, brand new comfortable beds and bedding (duvets & pillows). Direct pathway down to beach, only a few meters from the surf. Easy walking distance to village cafes, tennis courts, boat ramp and golf club. Excellent fishing around Kapiti Island. 40mins drive from Wellington, just over an hour from Palmerston North.

we really enjoyed our stay at the property. beautiful house, the scenery was beautiful and very tidy. the sleep out did smell abit and a couple of the king beds are abit too hard to sleep on, but overall we really enjoyed it.

Beautiful home, very comfortable, great for children and grandchildren to spend time together. Views of the beach are spectacular. One minute to the sandy beach with views of kapiti Island. Would definitely love to stay here again.

This is an absolute gem. We booked it for a girls’ golf weekend and it was perfect. The house is gorgeous and well stocked. The linens are top quality and each room was beautifully presented. Our view of Kapiti Island made our rainy Saturday pleasant. Nellie was wonderful to deal with, a great communicator. We are keen to return and I would thoroughly recommend staying there - it is brilliant.
