We are a 5km drive to Waipapa town and 10km to Kerikeri. Vinyards all within 10km. 25km to Paihia, Russel. Beaches 25km. Many bush walks and bike tracks from 5km to 25km away. You may however never want to leave the property as it has lots of land, bush, Olive groves and swimming holes. There are around 30 restaurants within 10km.

Great location and perfect set-up for our group of 9. Loved the stroll down to the water hole and can see how this would be the perfect chillout spot in summer. Comes with all the mod-cons, tons of indoor and outdoor spaces, Appreciated the homely touches and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!
