We are a 5km drive to Waipapa town and 10km to Kerikeri. Vinyards all within 10km. 25km to Paihia, Russel. Beaches 25km. Many bush walks and bike tracks from 5km to 25km away. You may however never want to leave the property as it has lots of land, bush, Olive groves and swimming holes. There are around 30 restaurants within 10km.

What a fabulous property. Reasonably priced, and incredibly spacious. Everything you need and more. Loved the swimming hole and the wood-fired pizza oven. Beautiful outlook up in the tree canopy, and great bird life around. Hosts were great communicators. Highly recommend this property.
