We are a 5km drive to Waipapa town and 10km to Kerikeri. Vinyards all within 10km. 25km to Paihia, Russel. Beaches 25km. Many bush walks and bike tracks from 5km to 25km away. You may however never want to leave the property as it has lots of land, bush, Olive groves and swimming holes. There are around 30 restaurants within 10km.

An excellent property which catered well to our large group - everyone really enjoyed their stay. Clean, tidy, spacious, situated in a lovely country setting, plus outdoor features to enjoy. The owners are fantastic to deal with, friendly, organised, and efficient. We look forward to booking this property again in the future. Thanks again!

We had a lovely time. The outlook was beautiful. Free netflix with big screen tv. Fully stocked kitchen even free lollies fresh potatoes and milk. Great outside eating area with bbq which can be enclosed. Great communication thank you
