No aditional pet visitors, two blue heeler doggos live in my caretaker studio, very friendly.
I love it, here and so could you. Long term stays are welcome, extra a 5 hour clean on 7th day or as agreed. I have two blue heeler dogs. and live on the property. For long term stays: BYO linen is fine, cut fire wood available at most supermarkets and at The Warehouse. Heatpump/aircon in house, please keep door shut if in use. $375 if you preorder stacked dry wood. Subtropical: it can rain daily

You can bring your own linen and towels, if not it's a $80 Linen charge - White 1000, or 500 thread count pure cotton, or on rotation 1000 thread count pure cotton gold or burgundy sheets. $132 service fee weekly additional

Please shut doors and windows when using or when leaving.
7 White Bath sheets Egyptian Cotton, other colours and types also onsite for you to take to the beach. All bath sheet size. Same brand etc. Not the tacky beach towels, please clean up after your selves.
Please tidy as you found it, vacuum cleaner in bedroom cupboard.

Dogs and Children considered, fully fenced, gated. There is a swamp area unfenced.
Terms: Replacements will be charged for any damages or soiled items, chattels or assets. Responsibility remains with you for your pet or child. There is no baby equipment.
On arrival or beforehand ill need your photo ID, power utility bill as proof of address and credit card number for bond insurance of $500. As this app doesn't provide insurance cover.
For long term stay I can $extra) wash all linen and vacuum at least weekly, or you can, shoes off at the door. Thanks.
