About this Holiday House

Gated, duplex with two blue heeler dogs. Family size home available short or long term. 1 acre of sweeping lawn in rural Bay of Islands, 20 minutes drive from some of the best restaurants in New Zealand, as well as French Cafe 500 mtrs down the road. Cleaning $132. per stay and happy to reduce bedding/linen fee of weekly $80.00 please clean it as you found it. White 500 thread count pure cotton, or 1000 thread count pure cotton gold sheets. Bath sheets Egyptian Cotton, other colours and types also onsite for you to take to the beach. Additional kitchen appliances are available, just ask. Partially fenced, pets and children on application. No baby facilities. Replacement of any chattels, or items lost, stolen or soiled will be nonnegotiable.

Special Amenities

This supports my mortgage after a stroke. I have two Blue Heelers onsite with me. No cats. There are rabbits that meander across the property, as well as native birds: Tui etc. Sorry no kiwi left. That was before I shifted up from Christchurch. If you want to chat, just let me know. I offer a wide range of kitchen appliances stored in my unit, just ask. 1 acre of well maintained lawns in rural oasis off the beaten track yet twenty minutes to fine dining and swimming, golfing, sailing or sunset paragliding. Can assist to and from airport, or in planning your get away. Just let me know what you need.

Golf, Wineries, Beaches, Forests, I love it here! I'm from Christchurch and the winters here are soo much better!

A lovely secluded retreat. The property is enormous. Even though its close to another couple of neighbours it's very private because of the big hedges and trees. The facilities were basic but very clean. A great place for a family holiday. You'll need a car if you stay here as its off a busy highway (don't worry - you CAN'T hear the road from the house) and there are lots of good places to explore nearby. Would stay here again.

Thank you for looking at my home. I love it, here and so could you. Long term stays are welcome, incl a 5 hour clean on 7th day or as agreed. I have two blue heeler dogs. and live on the property. For long term stays: BYO linen is fine, cut fire wood available at most supermarkets and at The Warehouse.

You can bring your own linen and towels, if not it's a $80 Linen charge - White 1000, or 500 thread count pure cotton, or on rotation 1000 thread count pure cotton gold sheets. $132 service fee weekly additional

Please shut doors and windows when using or when leaving.

Please tidy as you found it, vacuum cleaner in bedroom cupboard.

Dogs and Children considered, not fully fenced. There is a swamp area unfenced.

Terms: Replacements will be charged for any damages or soiled items, chattels or assets. Responsibility remains with you for your pet or child. There is no baby equipment.

On arrival orbeforehand ill need your photo ID, power utility bill as proof of address and credit card number for bond insurance of $500. As this app doesn't provide insurance cover.

For long term stay I wash all linen and vacuum at least weekly, shoes off at the door. Thanks.
