Just spent 5 nights at Struan Farm Retreat – very comfortable, very well equipped, friendly hosts, lovely dog, Belted Galloway cattle, chooks running around…..what more do you need? Love the Geraldine area and surrounds and what it has to offer. The local Fresh Choice is a gem too – great variety, and the in-store bakery that turns out delicious “goodies” as well. Thanks to Drew and Sally for sharing their peaceful haven - and amongst other things, those freshly laid eggs that the hens so faithfully produce!

We were warmly welcomed by Sally & Drew who also showed us around their charming, cosy & well-equipped cottage. There were lots of little extras included to make it feel very special as well as inviting us to help ourselves to anything we wanted from the vegetable garden. It was a great weekend but could have happily stayed longer to take advantage of the many attractions in this beautiful area. Many thanks Sally and Drew.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Struan Farm Retreat, despite the rain. The accommodation was well laid out, comfortable and clean and situated in a very picturesque farm setting.. We appreciated that the hosts had the heat pump on so that we came into a warm place. We certainly appreciated all the ‘extras’ provided; fresh eggs, milk, butter and unlimited access to a garden that provided us with raspberries, broccoli, zucchini, silverbeet and cucumber. The hosts, Drew and Sally, were very friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. We also enjoyed being taken for a long walk by Koa the dog.
