The property was lovely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for four adults and our grandson. There is plenty of space and enjoyed living in this home as opposed to a resort. Mike and Jo our hosts we re amazing and made sure we re taken care of at all times.The pool was always clean and we were asked if we wanted fresh towels everyday. We had the option of cooking inhouse if we wanted to as we got a little bit tired of eating out all the time.The facilities were well catered for. I would highly recommend staying here as the location and beach is also second to none.

Our family couldn't speak more highly of this property, we would recommend it to anyone. Everything about this place is just perfect. We were a family of eight adults and a 15 month old, the layout and room was perfect. Not to mention the amazing views and location. We would also like to mention your managers, the most lovely and warm couple, willing to help with anything. You are very lucky to have these amazing people manage your stunning property. Will definitely stay there again.

We had the best time in Rarotonga and the Bay Island Villas were a really big part of the experience. The Villa is amazing, in perhaps the best location on the island. It is on a slightly raised headland at the end of Muri Beach looking along the beach and out over the water to Taakoka Island. Down a few steps to the almost private end of the beach. On the road opposite is a restaurant and bar and a few metres south is a supermarket with a great bottle shop and a very good Vietnamese takeaway. The Villa is amazing. Absolutely spacious inside and with wonderful verandas outside and a spotless pool. A retreat for millionaires. Jo and Mike the caretakers were absolutely lovely. Always there when we needed them and invisible when we didn’t. iHalf way through our visit one of our party lost a very expensive hearing aid. On our last day when we were half way to the airport in our taxi Mike passed us on his motorbike and waved us down to hand over the missing item. Jo had started cleaning up after we left and had found it!  I give this place my highest recommendation particularly if you are with friends and are not looking for the usual resort experience.
