About this Holiday House

Beautiful trendy studio on Grange Road, Tauranga in a well established area. Lovely peaceful setting with a garden view and view overlooking the estuary. Down a long driveway away from traffic noise. The studio is on the same property as owners house but is a separate dwelling. Walking distance to dairy, takeaways, service station, cafes, 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket.

The Grange Studio is close to amenities... dairy, service station and takeaways within 2 minute walk. Nearest supermarket 2 minutes drive. Down town and Bethlehem shopping center 7 minute drive. Bus stop at end of drive way. 20 minute drive to Mount Maunganui and 25 minute drive to Papamoa Beach and shopping center. 2 churches within walking distance. The Grange Studio is a separate building on the same property as our house. We do have a pool so there may be a chance of a swim if it suits everyone!

Beaches, bush walks, rivers all within 20 minutes drive. Lovely Daisy board walk only 10 minutes walk away. 2 minute walk to nearest dairy and Indian/ fish n chips takeaways. 2 minute walk to nearest service station. 5 minute drive to nearest supermarket New World or 7 min drive to Woolworths supermarket. 7-10 minute drive to Bethlehem town centre or 15 minute drive to The Lakes town centre.

We stayed in winter and the space was warm, dry, clean, with comfortable beds and no road noise. It is well appointed and had everything that we could need. Glad we stayed there and thanks for having us.

The Grange Studio is such a nice place to stay. Quiet with no road noise, everything was spotless, beds are comfortable, the bathroom was super clean and the shower has great pressure which is hard to find! The hosts Brenda and Todd are super nice and easy to approach. We stayed for 4 nights while a family member was in hospital with an uncertain discharge date and they were incredibly accommodating throughout! Can't recommend enough.
