This is a beautiful large house with stunning 180 panoramic views of Lake Hawea and the Mountains. 5 minutes walk across to the Lake and restaurant. North facing for maximum sun. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges to offer, plus a large deck and BBQ area and an upstairs lounging balcony! This house is lovely and warm with heat pumps and a cosy log fire. Very sunny in a private setting. Great for families and large groups. Fully fenced with outdoor furniture and a big gas BBQ. The space This Lake Hawea house will amaze you from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy breakfast from the wonderful large fully equipped kitchen, or upstairs overlooking the Lake. In the evening relax and watch the sunset with a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir, or entertain in the living spaces. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and garden. There is no access to the garage. Other things to note Check out is strictly before 10am. If you need late check this needs to be pre-arranged at least 24hours in advance as the cleaners are booked for 10am. Dogs are welcome upon request and confirmation but only allowed outside or in the tiled laundry area. No dogs in carpeted areas. Please note if booking from December 26th until around the 7th January- this town can be noisy as this is our holiday and celebration time of year. The house is close to the hotel/bar which has some loud live music through the Summer season. Neighbours may also have music and bbqs outside which you may be able to hear. Adrenaline seekers also have a range of activities to choose from with skydiving, jetboating, bungy jumping, downhill mountain biking and more, all within a short drive of the accommodation. There are 2 restaurants within 2 minutes walk of the cabin, 2 takeaway places, a bar and a local convenience store. The house is less than 5 minutes walk from the lake and has stunning lake and mountain views!
