Two bedroom house (largely rebuilt 2016/17) and stand alone cottage 20 metres away (en-suite off bedroom) & double pullout divan in lounge + single bed+ a kitchenette

If you like to sleep in the night its the wrong place for you. There was a party nearby which lasted until 4:30 in the night. It was very noisy and we could not sleep.

We are very upset that a neighbour 600 metres away had a 50th birthday party the first night our guests stayed. This is the first time we have ever had a noise problem with our neighbours and we are very upset that the noise went on until just after 4am. This is unacceptable in any community and although it wasn't our problem or fault, we apologise unreservedly for the incident. I can assure future guests we live in a quiet rural community.
