There are eight bedrooms with six super king beds, a king bed, a queen bed, a double bed and a bunk bed. We are also able to add 3 extra single beds if required and unzip two of the super king beds into a pair of long single beds each. The kitchen has 900mm induction hob and oven, stone bench top, double sinks, microwave, double dishwasher drawers and a huge fridge and freezer. All cooking and eating equipment is provided. There are three bathrooms and an extra separate toilet including the Master Bedroom ensuite. The lounge has an 8K 75" TV with YouTube, Netflix, TVNZ+, blueray DVD player and X BOX 360. Luxury leather lounge suites with multiple recliners and comfortable seating for a large group. All eight bedrooms have their own private TV. Unlimited high speed fibre Wi-Fi. Sleeps 21 guests comfortably. Can also add extra beds on request. Quarter acre section with huge backyard with an orchard, Bar B Que and entertainment area. Electric security gate and fully fenced provides superb security for off street parking for your boat and multiple vehicles. You will be provided with remotes for private access. There are stairs up to both the front and back doors with electronic locks for ease of access for all members of your group. There are two EV chargers available to guests free of charge. We no longer offer the Bed and Breakfast option referred to in our reviews. You are renting the entire upstairs level of our home and we will be in the downstairs level. The kitchen and dining are open plan. The dining table seats 12 guests. We have two highchairs available on request. Starting at the front of the house the bedroom layout is: On the left at the front door is a huge bedroom with a super king bed that can be unzipped into 2 long single beds and also a double bed. The next bedroom on the left is the Master bedroom with private ensuite. Down the hallway on the left is a large bedroom with a super king bed and single bunk beds. There is also a single trundle bed which can be pulled out at bedtime which is all made up and prepared for sleep. Next is a small bedroom with a king bed. The fifth bedroom on the left at the rear of the house has a super king bed. Opposite this room, the sixth bedroom has a queen bed. The seventh bedroom has a super king bed. The eighth bedroom has a super king bed which can be unzipped into 2 long single beds. No parties are permitted. Only paid guests are permitted on the property. Smoking outside only please.
