This area is partially covered to allow outdoor living in all weathers and provides downstairs access to a grassed backyard and native garden. A log burner (wood supplied), 2 heat pumps and a heat transfer system make for a warm cosy house. 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms give individual family space. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. Downstairs one bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has 2 sets of double bunks and a roll away in the wardrobe. Each level has its own bathroom. There are 2 showers, 2 toilets and a bath. A laundry/wet area with washing machine, drier and second fridge complete this accommodation. Sky TV is accessible upstairs but it is the renter’s responsibility to supply the sky card. An additional TV with play station is located downstairs.
