Our beautiful family home is located on the inner harbour of Raglan, with elevated stunning views and in a private, quiet setting. Our double storey home has a unique Mediterranean feel with large windows to capture the sun and harbour views. A short stroll takes you to a small bay. Located on a quiet, no exit road, 2 minutes drive to Raglan town. Water access for safe harbour swimming and watersports, bring the kids toys, your kayak or SUP. Fenced garden is safe for little ones. The dining and living areas are spacious and comfortable, with wooden floors and natural materials throughout. The kitchen has a lovely view out to the deck and harbour. A large deck looks out to the harbour, with beautiful views and Tui in the trees. A smaller deck at the entrance of the house faces the flat lawned area and outdoor shower. This is our family home, so certainly not a party house, we prefer to rent it out to families and not large groups.
