Great house with a view over town and lovely surroundings with a 5-10min walk to raglan town/bridge/shops. So nice of the owner to leave his house for rentals, so many thanks from all our family! + view, surroundings + central heating + space in garage, garden for wetsuits, surfboards + feijoa tree (not sure if they were included, but we ate a few, delicious) + things not provided well declared (for example bed-linen and wifi) +- table inside a bit small for 5, outside great when warm enough +- overall a bit underequipped for unprepared travellers like us (bedlinen, hairdryer, clothes dryer, coffee machine, wifi, kitchen tools) +- the room opposite kitchen smelled a bit cheesy when we arrived, maybe vent? +- house might get cold/moist in winter, lacking sealings in windows and doors? - nothing negatif, would certainly go again!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay here again. The location was amazing, very walkable to town and many attractions including the water and a playground. It was great being up on the hill and you got a beautiful and interesting view. The house suited us perfectly, it had spacious rooms, was clean, and had a great air conditioning system ensuring the house was very comfortable.
