About this Holiday House

A four bedroom home on the harbours edge with access to the water. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with an easy drive to town. Fergusson park is just a few minutes walk away. There is a large lawn and plenty of room for parking. Please note we have a SEVEN day minimum stay, and two cats at the property.

Special Amenities

Home borders onto the harbour with an easy walk to Ferguson Park. Lovely views towards the Kaimai's. Playground at the end of the cul de sac. Short drive into town and 5 minutes to nearest supermarket. Please note that two cats reside at this property, which will stay and require feeding and pats. We have dogs which will be away in kennels. We have a seven night minimum and over the Christmas period we are looking for a longer booking.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Near Fergusson Park, Tauranga and Mount beach for fabulous swimming and surfing. Less than an hours drive to Rotorua.

We had a great holiday. the house is very comfortable and well equipped .... a home away from home. There is a large safe and private backyard for younger children to play. we spent most of the day out on the deck which gets all day sun watching the water, boats and bird life. It was very peaceful would go back again. thank you
