About this Holiday House

Situated on the lakefront in sunny Kelvin Heights and with wonderful lake views, 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms sleeping 10 people. Lounge, deck, kitchen, master bedroom and ensuite, are upstairs. Second living room, second master bedroom (with ensuite) and 2 further bedrooms downstairs, opening out onto lower deck. another bedroom with 2 singles in it. Access to the lake, private lawn, Kelvin Peninsula track, Kelvin Grove and 2 children's playgrounds. 10 minutes to Frankton shops and airport, 20 minutes to downtown Queenstown. 10 minutes to the Remarkables ski field road and 30 minutes to Coronet Peak.

The picturesque Kelvin Heights Golf Course is 5 minutes by car. The Kelvin a Heights walkway is by the lake in front of the house. All of Queenstown attractions are close by to enjoy. The Queenstown Water Taxi is a fun way of getting into town and back, this is located a 5min walk along the waterfront to Bayview Jetty.

Our family of 7 spent almost a week at this lovely warm and spacious house with all day sun. Awesome views of the lake. The house itself was equipped with everything you could want, was very clean and tidy. Great outdoor area for the kids to have a run around or just sit and have a few quiet ones in the sun.

We spend 3 wonderful nights in this gorgeous family bach. It was lovely and spacious, wam with all day sun, clean and tidy. There was a gorgeous sunny patio to enjoy some quiet time while the children played in the beautifully manicured garden. The wee track down to the Lake gave great access to the walk way along the lakefront. Thank you for sharing your home with us :)
