What a great option for those who want to holiday in Raro on a smaller budget. For us the most important thing was being there and having the budget to hire a car and do activities was a must. Tapae Holiday Home allowed us to do all this and still save on resort pricing! Sharron was a great host and picked us up from the airport and adorned us all with floral garlands. She accommodated all our additional needs too. The house was clean and tidy with comfortable beds, it also has a cool DVD collection which we used during 4 days of torrential rain. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a few meals saving you more. We loved the Pawpaw's growing out the back door and the passionfruit vine to add the tropical flavors to our breakfasts. Also the neighbor was lovely too and gave us bunches of bananas. Yes it was hot at night but Sharron provided fans for a small additional cost that kept us cooler. We were truly thankful a place like this existed and hope you find the same.

Convenient accomodation easy to access to activities and families on the island. Sharon and Apii was friendly and helpful and went beyond to accommodate us. It had what we needed for our stay. Meitaki maata.
