About this Holiday House

Cosy cottage set amongst five acres of Douglas Fir trees. Log burner, outdoor pizza oven, well equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings. Build huts, play in the creek, laze in the hammock or relax under the stars in the outdoor bath. Our property is fully fenced making it safe for kids to play and explore. Great for snow skiers in the winter and boaties in the summer. 30min to Dobson Ski Area, 45min to Fox Peak, 50min to Roundhill. Lake Opuha only 10min away. Take a day trip to Lake Tekapo (25min) to enjoy Teakpo Springs (outdoor hot pools, day spa, ice skating and tubing luge), Mt John Observatory. Explore South Canterbury and the Mackenzie Basin.

This is a fantastic place to stay, lovely spaces inside and out along with great amenities, Loved it!

We loved our time here. The location and house are lovely. The fireplace kept us really toastie and it was so lovely to disconnect from the world for a.bit. The icing on the cake was being able to bring our dog and watch him run amongst the the trees. It was a fabulous place to stay.
