Suitable for family holidays only please. A spacious three bedroom family home that is close to town and has a rural outlook. Looking out on the 'Centre of NZ' park and bordering a city council green belt, the city centre is a 10 minute walk. The Maitai River is a 2 minute walk away, with beautiful deep swimming holes within 5 mins. There is plenty of family stuff to do within walking distance, plus great mountain biking in the hills surrounding the house. We have a spa pool, and a big trampoline, as a large reserve of rural council land behind the house. We also have a friendly cat named Dart. There are beds for 6 (1x king, plus 2 queen beds) but space for a couple more people on a fold out sofa squabs etc. This is our home and it's a beautiful place to be .
