Absolutely loved our stay. The house is the quintessential kiwi bach right on the water. Communication with owners was fantastic. The property is very well resourced with everything you need to have a great summer holiday. Awesome location close to Auckland yet you feel like you are completely away from the business of life. Would definitely return to this awesome property.

Great place to stay. I thoroughly recommend this private waterfront house ideal for a restful relaxing holiday. The house is quiet, clean, comfortable and well equipped, sleeps seven which is handy for family, grandchildren to come and stay for the weekend. Good kitchen with wonderful views across the bay to Waiheke. The large deck across the front was well used, we had visitors all keen to swim on the high tide and hopefully have a meal of fresh fish – fish caught from the beach - as usual we managed to catch our quota most days. I have stayed here for thirty years and intend to continue my yearly holidays, its close to Auckland, Kawakawa Bay is close if you need more milk or an ice cream and Clevedon has a wonderful Farmers market and a good restaurant.

Visitors are amazed that they FEEL so far away from Auckland city and suburbia, yet they are so close. Families love it. The Holiday Home is at the end of a 1km driveway and not visible from the road - in fact there is no road noise at all!
