Front door opens on to the downstairs area with an entrance area, modern kitchen, lounge, dining table and toilet. Upstairs is a media room, three bedrooms each with queen beds and two bathrooms. The master bedroom and ensuite enjoys views over a subtropical tree canopy. Please be aware I do leave some clothing and personal effects in the walk-in closet and drawers. There’s plenty of room for your use. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom and both have storage for clothing. The laundry has a washing machine, drier wash tub.

Short stroll to parks, restaurants, cafe’s, shops, concert venue, and Auckland zoo. Waterfront and beaches are nearby and downtown Auckland a short bus ride or drive.
