Bedroom 1 downstairs - super king bed Bedroom 2 downstairs - 1 x king single (plus roll out single under king single) & 1 single Bedroom 3 upstairs - king bed Bedroom 4 upstairs - queen bed Bedroom 5 upstairs (kids room) - 2 x queen beds, 1 x double bed and 3 singles TOTAL - 12 beds that can sleep 17. 2 bathrooms, large lounge, kitchen and dining room, opening out onto a large north facing sun drenched deck. Private grass area out the back with utility. 2 min walk from Kennedy Park and the beach. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. TV (can bring your own SKY box), video, dvd player.
