Downstairs (by external access only) has a separate queen room with its own toilet & vanity and a shared shower with the 2 bunkrooms that sleep 6 & 4 which have an adjoining toilet and shower. Booking & House Information A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 10 days of your arrival date. A refundable cleaning deposit is also required and will be returned provided the property is left clean and tidy.
