150 metre stroll to the Waikawa Marina and bar/bistro. 100 metres to the Snout to Picton walkway - there are many different levels of walks. 5km walk to Picton on track. Boat ramp at Waikawa Marnia for launching boats. The local High school is close by and in the summer the pool is open and is very cheep for a dip.

Great place to stay again. So handy to everything and plenty of room for the boat plus guests cars. The only issue we had was with the cracked toilets which I hope will be attended to by now.

The house had every thing we needed, Great location to the ramp and local pub. it had plenty of parking for two boats and cars, plenty of beds and room, Only down side is there's not much of a back yard.

Economic accommodation if you do your own cleaning. House clean and comfortable. Close to walking track.
