About this Holiday House

This modern and very well presented 2 bedroom unit is only a hop, skip and jump to the Waikawa Marina, Bar and Restaurant. Just walk over the bridge at the end of the very quiet cul-de-sac and you are nearly there. Modern well equipped kitchen, separate laundry, stacker door to spacious timber deck with BBQ table and bench seats sited to catch the afternoon sun.

There is plenty of space on the driveway for trailer boat and car parking. Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 10am Be sure to check out the photos and amenities so you know the setup works for you — dining is at the big breakfast bar with stools, and the couches sit a little lower to the ground. Great Bach in excellent location. Has everything you need for a stay in Waikawa.

A comfortable stay. Comprehensive kitchen with lots of tools. Plenty of bedding. Clean. Easy location to walk to the marina - we got lucky -saw dolphins, jellyfish, seals, and a cat on a yacht. And went mountain biking along the Snout and to Picton.

We have a compulsory one-off cleaning fee of $65... which is added on top of your total nightly rate.

We find that our customers really like the cleaning to be done for them, because the last thing they want to do at the end of their holiday is to clean! It also ensures each customer enters a well cleaned home.

LINEN: The nightly rate has been priced WITHOUT Linen as most tenants are happy to bring their own. But if you would like linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) we can do that for you. Just ask and I can advise what the extra cost will be.
Cleaning fee is $65.00.
