We’ve followed this up with our cleaner to ensure it doesn’t happen again. On the point about the house being “sparse”, the home is presented very accurately in the photos, so nothing should come as a surprise to guests. We keep the space intentionally uncluttered so it feels simple, tidy, and easy for guests to make their own during their stay. The home is fully equipped for everyday use, including a well‑equipped kitchen that our regular holiday tenants consistently comment positively on.
