This modern and very well presented 2 bedroom unit is only a hop, skip and jump to the Waikawa Marina, Bar and Restaurant. Just walk over the bridge at the end of the very quiet cul-de-sac and you are nearly there. Modern well equipped kitchen, separate laundry, stacker door to spacious timber deck with BBQ table and bench seats sited to catch the afternoon sun.

There is plenty of space on the driveway for trailer boat and car parking. Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 10am Be sure to check out the photos and amenities so you know the setup works for you — dining is at the big breakfast bar with stools, and the couches sit a little lower to the ground. I thought the location was great, but the house was sparse and we found the bathroom wasn't well cleaned sadly. Not sure if the host checks it after the cleaner has been. I also don't expect to be asked to remove all rubbish when a cleaning fee has been charged. Easy walk to Waikawa marina (coffee can be found on a Sunday morning) and Picton is about 30mins walk away.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I’m really glad you enjoyed the location and easy access to Waikawa Marina and Picton. I’m disappointed to hear the bathroom wasn’t up to standard for your stay. We’ve followed this up with our cleaner to ensure it doesn’t happen again. On the point about the house being “sparse”, the home is presented very accurately in the photos, so nothing should come as a surprise to guests. We keep the space intentionally uncluttered so it feels simple, tidy, and easy for guests to make their own during their stay. The home is fully equipped for everyday use, including a well‑equipped kitchen that our regular holiday tenants consistently comment positively on. I appreciate your perspective and will keep it in mind. 😊

This home was an excellent place for us to stay. It was lovely and clean, We did dine out both nights but the kitchen was well supplied if you were staying in. also the there was a walkway to the Jolly Roger which made it a 2min walk. Hopefully we can stay again

We have a compulsory one-off cleaning fee of $65... which is added on top of your total nightly rate.

We find that our customers really like the cleaning to be done for them, because the last thing they want to do at the end of their holiday is to clean! It also ensures each customer enters a well cleaned home.

LINEN: The nightly rate has been priced WITHOUT Linen as most tenants are happy to bring their own. But if you would like linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) we can do that for you. Just ask and I can advise what the extra cost will be.
Cleaning fee is $65.00.
