About this Holiday House

This modern and very well presented 2 bedroom unit is only a hop, skip and jump to the Waikawa Marina, Bar and Restaurant. Just walk over the bridge at the end of the very quiet cul-de-sac and you are nearly there. Modern well equipped kitchen, separate laundry, stacker door to spacious timber deck with BBQ table and bench seats sited to catch the afternoon sun.

A nice clean well equiped home within an easy walk to the marina. Would be happy to rent again if we were staying in tbe area.

COMPULSORY CLEANING FEE!!!
We have a compulsory one-off cleaning fee of $65... which is added on top of your total nightly rate.

We find that our customers really like the cleaning to be done for them, because the last thing they want to do at the end of their holiday is to clean! It also ensures each customer enters a well cleaned home.

DEPOSIT: We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 14 days (2 weeks) before your check in date.

LINEN: The nightly rate has been priced WITHOUT Linen as most tenants are happy to bring their own. But if you would like linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) we can do that for you. Just ask and I can advise what the extra cost will be.

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 10am
