Minimum booking periods:
Check in not before 2.00pm, check out no later than 11.00am.
01 Dec - 31 Jan - 5 nights unless only available for a shorter period of 3 nights between other bookings.
Easter weekend - 4 nights. Shoulder High Season Rate of $200 applies.
All long weekend public holidays, Shoulder High Season Rate of $195 applies.
Wellington Anniversary, Queens Birthday, Labour Weekend & Waitangi Weekend - 3 nights - above rates apply
School holidays - 4 nights.
All other times - 4 nights.
Deposit and balance of rent:
Deposit - 30% of rent for the period rented is to be paid within 5 days of the booking confirmation.
Balance of rent - For bookings commencing 1 Dec to 31 Jan - the balance is to be paid 30 days prior to commencement.
Balance - For other periods - the balance is to be paid 30 days prior to commencement.
Note : Linen is not Provided - You must supply your own linen.
Cancellation policy:
If cancellation is advised more than 45 days prior to the tenancy commencing - 100% refund of deposit.
If cancellation is advised less than 45 days prior to the tenancy commencing - 30% refund of deposit.
