Close enough but to hear the surf without it deafening you! Huge living area which flows seamlessly to the outdoor decking with al fresco dining. Modern large kitchen with heaps of bench space and all mod cons, 2 large lounge areas with quality furnishings and an al fresco dining area big enough for everyone. 4 big bedrooms and huge open plan 5th bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and an ensuite means room for up to 3 families and grandparents (who can retire to an upstairs large bedroom with deck and ensuite for some quiet time) too! Loads of off street parking for cars and boats. We've owned this house for over 20 years and used it for this exact purpose when our elderly mother was alive and it worked a treat. Modern appliances and Wifi too. You'll love your stay here, guaranteed. This is a family home and young children need to be supervised especially in the downstairs area. It is not a playground. We charge a compulsory cleaning fee of $200 which represents the cost to us from our cleaners. This equates to 5 hours work. If the property is left in such a state that it needs more than that time, we reserve the right to charge the extra time and deduct it from your bond. For any stays over 6 days, we charge a compulsory mid stay cleaning fee of $80 which our cleaner will arrange directly with you at a mutually agreed time to give the place a freshen up.
