The 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms are great for couples or the entire family, the cottage can sleep up to a maximum of 6 persons. The cottage has been built from traditional timber weatherboard. The interior features, solid timber floors, raked timber ceilings and is fully appointed to a very high standard. The 3 bedrooms have 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds, an open plan lounge/dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, SKY TV, DVD player, and mini stereo system, outdoor furniture for the private back deck area, parking for 2 cars and boat parking. "FREE Wireless Broadband" Quality linen and towels supplied. The cottage enjoys the full use of communal areas at the complex from the in-ground Swimming pool, Spa and BBQ facilities. Please note: For your comfort the house is pet free and is non-smoking property you are more than welcome to smoke outside.
