Easy flat walk to the beautiful Papamoa beach, the Pap House (restaurant/Bar), takeaways, bottle store and dairies, and a short drive to the new Excelsa shopping centre, Papamoa Hills, Fashion Island, Papamoa Palms Plaza, supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants & cafes.
