Afternoons and evenings can be spent in the outdoor entertainment area, sipping cool drinks, cooking dinner on the bbq and enjoying the long summer evenings. Smart TV with Wifi and Chromecast included. One section back from the lake front, the swimming reserve and boat ramp is just a 100m walk away,there are 2 boat ramps . The local store is a 1km drive/walk down the road. An expansive lawn leaves plenty of room for outdoor games which are kept inside. Plenty of room for boats. With the water so close by, good fishing spots are practically on our doorstep, and for the more intrepid souls, local bushwalks and the hot pool (only accessed by boat) and another at Waitangi Soda Springs . Day trips to Rotorua, Lake Rotoma and Lake Okataina are a great option. Absolutely no smoking or animals For your convenience there is a carport to park your car in. We have a maximum number of 8 persons staying at any time. Please NO caravans or tents etc. For the enjoyment of guests staying after you, we ask that you please refrain from cooking spicy or strong smelling foods. Arrival on the first day of your stay must be after 2pm and departure on your last day must be by 11am. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels flannels and ,tea towels . We have the legal right to send you an account for any breakages or damage. We live nearby so just give us a phone call,if any problems arise.
