This modern apartment style holiday unit is set up for couples or solo travellers.  The two bedrooms share a bathroom with laundry facilities.  Open plan living with a good kitchen area that is fully self-contained for your comfort and opens to the small patio entrance area where you can relax and soak up the sun. A short walk will have you in the Twizel town centre when looking for your morning coffee fix or a nice lunch or dinner, while later if you wish to take a stroll to the Twizel River to discover little tracks, it too is very close.  Allocated parking for your vehicle is outside the unit.  This unit shares the views of a large fully fenced acre of land that is landscaped beautifully with walk through paths giving you that feeling of nature and space.  This is shared with the main residences which is sited far enough to allow you your privacy.

Fantastic accomodation. Everything we needed for a weekend away

The facilities were very modern, but looked like it had never been vacuumed. There was dirt, fluff and dust everywhere and covered all of our belongings which was pretty disappointing as we were charged a $85 cleaning fee for a place that was not clean during our stay. Otherwise it was a great location and friendly owners on the property

Please take assurance that we take cleaning of the properties we manage seriously at all times and can confidentially advise that our rating on booking.com for the 2023 year for cleaning is rated at 9.3/10. All beds are changed and remade with fresh/clean linen. Bathrooms are cleaned as are kitchens. All areas are dusted, vacuumed and wet areas mopped. During the month of November and December we do experience strong winds which creates dust and pollen within our Alpine Township that we unfortunately have no control over. Our Stay Mackenzie team take pride in all the houses that we manage. We are pleased you enjoyed the location and got to meet the lovely owner
