Hi, I Booked Riversong Peaceful Paradise at the last minute for our family of six adults and two babies, who were travelling up from the South Island for their grandmother's funeral. Pete the owner could not have been more helpful or accommodating, helping to take the stress out of what was already a difficult time for our family. The house was lovely and spacious, and very clean and tidy. We could not have asked for a more peaceful or beautiful setting, than up the Kaueranga Valley. For a family, or group of friends looking for a setting up in the bush that is tranquil and totally private, you could not ask for a better place. And it was an ideal for a family from a farming background used of lots of space and no noise. It is only a ten minutes' drive into Thames, and so very handy for supplies, shops or dining out. Thank you from the MacInnes family, we certainly would not hesitate in booking your wonderful accommodation again.
