This double level 70's kiwi home sleeps 10 guests and is set in the middle of Whitianga town centre. Located on the ground level is a large entertainer’s kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook for a family gathering. The well thought out open plan living area offers a dining area and generous lounge with the most spectacular views of the Whitianga Estuary. A generous size bedroom located on this floor offers a great amount of space for your stay with double wardrobe, aircon and ensuite/bathroom. Also located on this floor is a separate toilet, laundry and internal access to the double garage. Upstairs presents three large bedrooms which can sleep up to 7 guests with superb water views, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Please note that one bedroom can be made up as 3 King Singles OR 1 Super King plus 1 King Single. Located in the heart of Whitianga all the local cafes, restaurants, playground and boat launching facilities are within walking distance. This Bach offers everything you need for a large family gathering For a larger group you can add Harbour View Whitianga which sleeps 11 right next door

IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

KEY LOCATION & DIRECTIONS:
These will be sent to you by email within 7 days of your arrival.

ARRIVAL TIMES:
From 3pm onwards on the first day of your booking, the home will be available for you. We may be able to accommodate you earlier if required but please contact us to discuss.

DEPARTURE TIME:
You will need to depart the home by 10am at the latest. Again, if you would like a later check out time, please contact us to discuss.

LINEN:
A linen fee has been included in your booking. This provides good quality sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, face clothes and tea towels for your stay.

DEPARTURE CLEANS:
A cleaning fee of $325 will be charged at time of booking. But please note you are still responsible for a few things before you leave:

Please leave the home in a reasonably clean & tidy condition.
The BBQ - You would have found this clean for your use, please leave it in the same condition when you go.
Your dishes - please make sure any dirty dishes are loaded into the dishwasher and turned on.
The Oven - if you use it, please make sure it is in the same condition as when you arrived.
Your Rubbish and Recycling – please place these in the relevant bins provided.
If we need to look after any of these details for you, any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your bond.
There is to be no Parties, Drugs, Pets or Smoking in the house.

BOND:
A bond of $250 will be held as security for each stay. Any damage or extra cleaning may be taken from this bond.

NOISE:
Please be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum between 11.30pm and 6am.

CANCELLATIONS:
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that has been paid. If cancelled between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the refund is 50% of payment received. Cancellations less than 7 days prior will not be refunded.

Should you need to cancel your booking due to COVID-19 Alert level 3 or 4 travel restrictions, we will provide a full refund for your booking.
