The open plan living area opens to a small balcony where you can relax and soak up the sun and the surrounding views. The kitchenette is self-contained with a small bench-top two-element hot plate and a microwave. There is no oven, however a bbq is there for your use (as long as you clean :-)..). The two double bedrooms and bathroom facilities are located downstairs making this the perfect family retreat. There is off street parking for your vehicle and a space for the boat if travelling with one. Upon the host accepting your request, the host will send you a pending booking for you to confirm. The total price will include a clean fee of $85.00 for this property. The clean fee is set as per stay and not per night and is not included in the night rate.
