Head down to the water via walkway, stroll around the estuary shoreline or marina. Have your morning tea at the cafe at the base of Mt Paku. Climb to the summit of Mt Paku to take in the 360 deg views or enjoy breath taking views of Shoe Island and the Aldermans while making your way down to Tairua ocean beach. Come evening, you will be enchanted with the sunsets over the estuary and mountains from the residence. The house itself is private, large, and even has a turret with sweeping views.! A delightful sunroom at the entrance leads into the dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen, with walk in pantry. The first queen bedroom leads out onto the main deck with fabulous views, has an ensuite and own bar fridge, tv and tea/coffee making. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed with deck access and an adjacent bathroom. 3rd bedroom is upstairs in the turret and has a single bed and sweeping views. Plus a laundry and a garage to lock up your things. Tairua centre is vibrant with restaurants, cafes, a golf club, bush walks, market day,ferry to Pauanui, and fishing trips. Under 40 minutes drive is Whitianga with the Lost Springs hot pools, or dig yourself a hole at Hot Water Beach. (Spades in the garage! ) Please note: No parties as neighbors are retired folk.
