This spacious extremely well appointed home is positioned in an exclusive part of Queenstown, so close to the hub , but distant enough to enjoy the piece and quiet and of course the uninterrupted views that are iconic Queenstown. Only 750 metres walk down the hill and you are in the heart of downtown Queenstowns phenomenal array of bars and restaurants and street entertainment.

With two spacious ensuite bedrooms, one with a deep spa bath (with an awesome view over the lake), a designer kitchen with up to date appliances and high quality cookware, underfloor heating, open plan living and large deck with entertainers barbecue, and two separate outdoor furniture settings.

The living area features a cosy gas fireplace with an incredibly comfy lounge suite, complete with cup holders and reclining chairs, 50" 4K Samsung smart TV with high quality Yamaha surround sound system.

There is even a high power telescope to explore the surrounds close up and Queenstowns dark skys. Star Gazing from this view point is absolutely amazing.

Both ensuites feature dual head showers with awesome pressure and quality furnishings and fittings including underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

There is a laundry with Smeg washer and dryer and clothes drying rack. An additional drying room with electric ski boot dryers is located in the foyer of the apartment. Separate secure ski storage locker is in the basement next to the carpark along with secure MTB storage .

Car parking is on the ground floor with secure keyless entry with a lift to our 1st floor apartment. Keyless entry to the apartment is great when you have your hands full.

Ideally suited for 4 people the apartment can sleep an extra 2 people in an additional single bed in either bedroom and another one on the fold out couch in the living area. All luxury linen, bedding and towels are provided.

The rate includes checkout clean and Free WiFi.

Rates include all premium linen and towels and exit clean. Exit clean does not include doing dishes or heavy cleaning. Additional cleaning charges will be charged to your card at $50 per hour. Under no circumstances will our holiday home be used as a party venue. Tenants holding parties are liable for immediate eviction without refund. Please see our terms and conditions of rental supplied with your booking.

Strictly no PETs at this property, owners have allergies.

We reserve the right to charge a $300 refundable bond to insure us against lost keys or accidental breakage during your stay.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need and wonderful views. Extremely comfortable and situated just above the town village.

This apartment is absolutely wonderful. We stayed as a family of 4. Super comfortable, warm (heated bathroom floors and gas fire), plenty of room, and views so good we struggled to leave the apartment every day to participate in all the activities we had booked. The wifi (included) kept the teenagers happy, while we enjoyed a wine on the balcony every night taking in the spectacular views of the mountains, lake, and the town below.

Easy access garage with a lift straight to the apartment made coming and going a breeze. Comfy beds with electric blankets, washer, drier, kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms - wonderful in every way. Far enough from town for the serenity but close enough to walk (steep hill to climb on the way home though!).

Tony was easily contactable should there be any questions but the information folder provided covers everything. Do yourself a favour and stay here. It's deluxe!

Perfectly positioned close to town but not TOO close.

The views are magical! There is even a telescope in the lounge room to view those para gliders jumping off the mountain.

Every thing about this apartment was lovely and comfortable and perfect in every way.
Lots of extra bedding and blankets.. but you won't need it as the unit is centrally heated with under floor heating in the tiled areas.

The owner went out of his way 100 times to help me get things sorted as I was travelling with my disabled mum.
There is a lift from the car park up to the floor where the unit is and it was only a few steps from there.

Very quiet spot.. never heard any neighbours. The unit is very spacious so easy for someone with a walker to get around.

I needed an iron and when I couldn't find one, went out and bought one.. Tony had the money reimbursed to me by the very next morning into my bank account!

I would stay here every time... hands down the best experience from start to finish!
