Laid out over three levels, this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests. The main living area is located on the top level, where you can enjoy a Nespresso coffee with marina and park views. The two bedrooms are on the second floor as well as the main bathroom and outdoor courtyard. From the end of October, through to the beginning of April, the heated swimming pool is available to use. The apartment has an internal garage where you can park a vehicle and store bikes or sports gear. One more off street parking space is directly in front of the garage. Wi-Fi included. We provide professionally laundered bedding and towels. Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $30 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. Strictly no parties/events or loud groups.
