• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
• Our General Terms & Conditions and the Building's standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply.
• Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for up to 2 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.
• Elevator access - easy elevator access is provided.
• Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated for your comfort.
• Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.
?? Check-in is possible between 2pm and 8pm, 7 days a week.
• Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. A minimum additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
