There are 3 bedrooms with luxury beds and TVs if you feel like staying in your room. There is a media room with a big couch you can stretch out on and the house has starlink internet for speedy wifi. You can comfortably have 6 people in the 2 per room set up, but there is a marae style mattress in the lounge that is great by the fire in winter and for extra guests aswell as 3 couches for sleep overs. There is a BBQ and a fully operational kitchen equipped to make gourmet meals if you want too. 5mins down the road is a 4 square that has fuel and most grocery items to keep you going and a fully licensed cafe for meals. Collingwood is only 10mins away for more options for tours of farewell spit and eating. The house is all about the view of Golden Bay and you see whales, dolphins, orca, seabirds, stingray, Kingfish, baitfish, sunrise and moonrise out of the ocean is simply breathtaking. If you like walking on the beach this spot is hard to beat and if you like fishing its the perfect kontiki spot and flyfishing for kingfish in summer, if you prefer marlin or hapuka fishing westhaven boat ramp is 20mins away. Horseriding treks, mountain bike trails and walking tracks including the Heaphy track are all close by.
