Comfortable year round with a heat pump/aircon in the dining and downstairs living rooms plus a gas fire in the main living area. Family-friendly touches include a baby gate for the staircase (available on request). Outdoor activities are right on your doorstep: the property is next to a playground and tennis courts, with easy access to the lake. We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.
