Please note, the internal garage is well insulated, and is carpeted. House Rules and Information: Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking for a small - medium sized boat. The garage can be used for storing bikes etc. Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $30 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.
