What makes this stunning apartment unique is its short 15-second walk to the sea. When the tide is in, you can enjoy swimming off the iconic wall that Nelson is famous for. You don’t even have to get sand on your feet! When the tide is out, you can descend the steps and walk on the beach, or go rock pooling, which is a fun activity. It’s 80 square metres and very roomy, comfortable for two guests and two children, or two extra adults. The lounge could be used as an extra bedroom, as there’s plenty of space for a couple of airbeds, which can be supplied. The couch is also very comfortable to sleep on. The apartment is on the bottom floor of a two-apartment building with two off-street parks on the driveway in front. It has easy access without any stairs. For cooking, there’s a covered outdoor cooking area with a baby Weber BBQ. It’s great to be able to cook outside and enjoy the view of the sea. There are also two electric portable elements, an electric skillet, an instant pot (a pressure cooker as well as a slow cooker), an air fryer (which can be used inside and outside), and a microwave inside. The huge bonus of the apartment is that you’re just a few steps from the ocean. Nelson’s iconic swimming off the wall spot is just across the road. There are steps with a handrail for easy access to the sea when the tide is in or the beach when the tide is out. The entire apartment is yours to use as a guest. The driveway is shared with the guests upstairs, but there’s plenty of off-street parking. There’s off-street parking, which is also shared with the occupants of the upstairs apartment. There’s allowance for two car parks per apartment. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property and no parties or gatherings are allowed.
