Situated close to the new Kawatiri Coastal Trail this modern cottage is set in a rural landscape and boarded by a strip of native bush. It has covered decks which run along 2 sides of the house with access from the living area and one of the downstairs bedrooms. Upstairs is a Queen bed with walk in wardrobe, bathroom and balcony with views of Cape Foulwind's Steeples rock formation and Carters Beach Bay. With a large lawn it beats any motel room. Only a 5 minute walk from Elley drive with access to Carters Beach, tennis courts and a 12-15 minute walk from Carter's Beach township. It includes great privacy but is only a 6 minute drive out of Westport. Please be aware that there may be livestock in the paddocks behind the cottage that we check on, we will try not to interrupt guest when we do this.
