Nestled around forestry and land. Great outdoor areas and gardens to wander around in. A spacious outdoor deck at the back with outdoor furniture and BBQ. A private bush track on the property leading down to a bay area where you can see the water, about 5-10 minutes walk. Close driving distance to other bays and beaches in the area and close to local town. Has a washer and dryer in the downstairs laundry. There is also a large rumpus area which has a foosball table and some yoga matts and gym equipment for guests to use. If extra guests are staying they can utilise this area for sleeping and bring their own blowout mattress. The downstairs area leads to the backyard grounds which has a volleyball net. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Spices and condiments available to use. There is a coffee machine which requires ground beans, an air fryer and a blender. There is a small office upstairs with a big monitor screen so you can connect your laptop if working. Bed linen and towels provided.

Munro Bay - 2min drive down the road, good spot for fishing, snorkelling or kayaking. Nook Reserve - 6 minutes drive, this is a great fishing spot for on the rocks fishing. Macleod's bay - 5 minute drive, great for swimming, kayaking and picnics. Ocean's Beach-19 minutes drive. Awesome white sand, waves for surfacing and walks up the mountain. Four Square, cafes and restaurant- 5 minute drive into town. Parua Bay Traven- 9 minutes away, amazing food and pizzas with a view!
