38m2 apartment added to front of Residential Home. The Studio includes Lounge, Dining room, bathroom. Queen bed plus queen sofa bed. Suits 2-4 people. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer, espresso coffee machine, but no kitchen sink, not ideal for cooking or long stays. Great location near river and quiet street. Free parking.
