Super close to the 2 best beaches, playground and lakeside picnic spots. Boat ramp minutes in the car and two other bays to enjoy the lake inside this cosy suburb. This spot doesn’t miss much. More beaches, hot springs and town are a short drive. Rainbow Point fishnchips, dairy and Ploughmans Pub are close. Mavericks dining, Cafe Lucas, Drop zone entertainment and more just up the road by the airport. Woolworths and Kokomea shopping centre also right near by. The house itself is set up to be simple but comfortable. There’s everything you need with plenty of space, but you can relax with children and pets. Yes, that’s right! We love to take our dogs and even cat so be sure to talk to me about taking yours. The spacious Master room is upstairs, with heatpump/aircon, walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite (portacot available). Queen and twin rooms share the family bathroom downstairs. Open plan living with heatpump/aircon. Smartvent also keeps the house healthy and even temperature. Outdoor seating, gas BBQ and fire pit are there to enjoy (BYO wood to burn). Fully fenced garden. WiFi included, Smart TV (and ports) plus a DVD player.
