About this Holiday House

This home is located only a 2 minutes walk to the Lake front and the lovely Wharawaka beach has views of the lake, Mt Tauhara and Taupo town.(only 5 mins drive or 20mins stroll along the Lion Walk) Spacious living room opening to extensive new Nth facing deck. Upstairs is the main bedroom with king bed and ensuite. plus sep wc. Downstairs has 3 double bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and wc. Compact section with plenty of off street parking. Wharewaka boat ramp, Plougmans Restaurant and Bar plus store nearby.

All day sun, closeness to the lake and the views are the big attractions here. Also a very quiet locality and good neighbourhood.

Great veiw,, lots of space, comfy beds & had everything we needed. Could of stayed longer so will def be back

In order to confirm a booking payment for rentals
within 3 months of start date must be paid for in full.
For rentals commencing beyond 3 months out, confirmation will be given on the payment of 50% of the agreed rental to the account provided by the landlord with the balance being paid within 60 days of the start date of the rental.
So if the the tenancy is within 90 days of the enquiry date then 100% of the rental is payable on acceptance. The cleaning fee of $75 is to be left at the property on departure.
