Our family Bach is situated overlooking the 8th Hole on the popular Lakes Golf Course near the Waterways. Furnished with comfort in mind, it is ready for you to make yourself at home, offering ample space for parking your boat and vehicles. Ranch sliders create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the huge covered deck area that overlooks the eighth tee on the local golf course. Wake up in the morning and enjoy sunrises with a cup of coffee on the expansive deck while looking across the golf course or take in the view of Paku Mountain. With a large 8-seater table, bean bags, and rattan furniture, you can enjoy quality family time. A barbecue and outdoor speakers set the perfect ambiance for entertaining family and friends. The extensive roofed deck ensures shade during sunny afternoons. Enjoy afternoon drinks and nibbles with your loved ones while taking in the views across the 8th hole! The open-plan kitchen and living area offer a comfortable space to unwind. The large portrait window provides fantastic evening views of Paku Mountain. A carpeted double garage can be used as a rumpus area for the kids to enjoy. We don’t apologize for the lack of instant TV entertainment. However, there is a TV mounted on a wheeled trolley that can be moved from the garage to the living area if required. WiFi is available, so bring your Netflix, Sky dongle, or Chromecast to connect to the TV, or enjoy a board game, playing cards, a book, or a puzzle. There are three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, and a separate 4th bedroom area with a double sleeper couch that can be closed off with sliders. Both modern bathrooms boast walk-in showers, and the main bathroom also features a bathtub. A private outdoor shower is a perfect place to freshen up and rinse off sand and saltwater after a day at the beach. South Beach, surf casting, and the start of the Paku Mountain walk are a 5–10-minute walk away. 3 Kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are also available for use and are ideal for taking down to The Waterways for a paddle, which is only a 5-minute walk away. Also, within a 5-minute walk are the tennis courts, so bring your racquets and balls. Regrettably, no pets are allowed as we do not have fencing and are in close proximity to the golf course.
